I joined Loom during COVID and so I had a major concern around inclusion and experience working remotely having never met my teammates in person. In addition to Loom being an asynchronous comm tool that made the connection with the company incredible, our employees are spread out in 14 countries and still embrace an amazing culture - It's a rocketship so there are a ton of opportunities to accelerate your career - I've worked for some great leaders and some not-so-great, no doubt this is a world-class leadership team - the more individual pros: benefits, pay, time off, are the best I've seen at a startup - The people here are talented, fun, and amazing to work with
