The company is expanding, which creates room for progression.

Processes and documentation are still maturing across departments. Rapid growth sometimes leads to shifting priorities and unclear direction. Cross‑team communication can be inconsistent at times.

Some of the people I worked with were lovely, but sadly that's the extent of the positive points I have.

Getting anything done was a battle. Even so, my team did manage some amazing things, and our manager was good at acknowledging this, but after they left it didn't matter. I was not appreciated, and in the end it felt like I was discarded, my years of dedicated work meant nothing. The management was atrocious.
