The advantage of working at Lori is - challenges you to think outside the box and encourage you to step outside your comfort zone that helps you grow as an employee. Lori is global, it has a wide diversity of cultures and people that comes from different backgrounds and races.

The only I can think of since I am working remotely there are few communication issues and less collaboration with the rest of the team
