Relaxed environment really was the greatest pro I can come up with. If you are the type of person that doesn't have a work/life balance, and you are 100% committed to your job, this company is great for you. There is a lot of learning and understanding about what the end goal is. Unless you are a "techie," this is not the company for you.

Very long hours. Micro-managing. Unprofessional attitude. Location of the NY office wasn't good. No work-life balance, in fact they expect you to work long hours, since it's a start-up. Room to grow or opportunities to be promoted cannot be found here.
