I joined this company around 11 months ago as an Operations Lead. Since being fresher you don’t know how an industry works and you have to cope-up with the speed of the company and industry. This can only be done with the help of management and the colleagues. Management has helped me to grow and take strong decisions. The company of such big stature provides you all the freedom to access the internet and learn new things which are not allowed in other companies. The senior official to whom all the employees report listens to every issue and personally rectifies the issue of each employee. The Management never interrupts you on holidays or after office hours unless it’s very urgent. Colleagues are also supportive and help you in all possible ways. Also, MD of the company is friendly with the employees and talks to them to clear there issue. He is always ready to help you whenever you need regarding any of the work related issue. The infrastructure of the company is very nice and is having all the facilities required for an employee to work freely. Salary is also decent for the employees. Increment is provided to the employees and also arrears has been provided to them. I have also looked for LOVZme and LIP which are performing well. The management also looks after hygiene and cleanliness of the workplace as well as washrooms. They keep it clean and maintained properly.
