They recently told us we would receive one annual performance review for our yearly review where they told us those who exceed or do harder tasks will get compensated better. When the time came everyone got the same 30 cent raise there are those who get on machines and do harder tasks setting metal beams, racks, and work in harder resets get the same as another who just services bays or does label changing.. there was no such thing as a performance review when before they would give two reviews now they shortened it to one they see us as just numbers and don’t reward hard workers it’s good to have a steady income but don’t plan on staying here.
