      Work culture used to be good 3-4 years ago, but not anymore.

      Very unstable company. They don't respect their employees and their contribution, fire them when any client is gone. Their CTO thinks he knows everything, but in reality he does not have any technical or leadership skills. He does not have any ability to listen to the employees. No work life balance. You will work for long working hours without any appreciation. Very minimal growth both in technical and monetory terms. Company has gone to such a low level that they don't even think before firing office boy.

      Though it’s sad to read that you feel you cannot recommend Loylogic as an employer, I appreciate your time spent on this review. I am sorry that you experience several aspects of your work rather negatively.       Most people were nice and friendly

      The most unethical & unprofessional leadership I have ever worked with. CTP makes no roadmap or gives any direction to the management. Also, lots of office politics. Always more important whom you talk to and whom you know rather than the work you deliver. Definitely, this place is not for smart people at all.
