Professors and Lecturers using Lrnr courses have rated them 5 stars. Flat hierarchy, easy to share ideas, get credit for work. Daily and weekly team meetings help collaboration. Founders are transparent.

      Meant for above-average intelligence people who can work hard. Startups are not meant for guys who want work-life balance. Lack of formal HR makes it hard to communicate freely. I dont blame them, they are still a small team. Slackers pay a price. Lol.
