There is a lot of new capable people joining the company, although many of them usually don’t stay too long. I think we are good at talking about the right things - diversity, Ukraine, collaboration. I wish the culture would also reflect this to the same extent as our fancy but empty company statements.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a messier approach to evaluating employee performance. Who you know seems more important than hard work and how your performance is evaluated is a big mystery for me. We have an employee survey that no one believes in as no meaningful changes ever came from it and the survey provider has the data on who filled it out and could share it with the company if asked, so no one beliefs it’s 100% anonymous either..and giving feedback to your TL/VP is like asking to be fired, it’s almost an unwritten taboo in this company.

Hello, Thank you for your review. As we are currently going through changes and transformations, processes being actively evaluated and newly set up, as well as the evaluation process. There are several internal ways of receiving and giving feedback, like the direct communication with the supervisor or the People Partner. We also encourage everyone to not only take part in our quarterly employee survey but also to leave anonymous feedback which is also taken into account for updated processes and improvements.
