A super welcoming and open-minded company, full of super knowledgeable and community-driven people. The interview process was intense and yet very enjoyable, a good balance of technical and mindset based questions. The focus of the troubleshooting being both factual and client satisfaction driven. Everyone involved in the interview and onboarding process was friendly and inquisitive, at no point did I feel uncomfortable from a personal perspective. Onboarding was smooth and well structured, with all necessary points addressed. Even as a remote worker based in a different country this was a breeze. LucidLink is a breath of fresh air in the tech space.

The hiring team was interested more in thought process and my ability to connect the dots when discussing ambiguous challenges. They are also very focused on attention to detail in describing the benefits of past work to customers not just my past employers.

Svantaggi

There is a large team in Bulgaria and there are some minor cultural differences, be sure to ask clarifying questions to ensure you have a good handle on whats being asked.
