      The main issue is management, which can be pretty toxic and very controlling. They don’t take negative feedback well, so people are often scared to speak up or be honest. The company really needs a proper operations manager who actually knows what they’re doing. Expect long hours, bad attitude from senior managers who think the are doing you a favour. Dictator style leadership
