      Free breakfast and lunch, although it was quite repetitive. Met some other really cool creatives.

      Lack of diversity. Clear hierarchy system. Awful non responsive HR. You will be treated awfully if you even dare to raise an issue in this company. Very much a cult in my opinion. Wouldn't recommend. There are plenty other creative companies, much larger than this one with so much more diversity and lovely management compared to this company. Look elsewhere...just not here.

      Lucky Generals is a great agency with some really inspiring and talented people. The projects are mostly good fun and you feel that the work is pushed in a good direction. Everyone I encountered was really nice and helpful.

      My only gripe with LG was that it can be unorganised at times. A lot of agencies can be, but there were periods (especially on one pitch), where it was utter chaos. There were situations where I was left to wait most of the day for a brief, only for it to come in at 6pm and I was expected to stay on and do half a days work after hours as the brief wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. You can find your days are either 100mph or very slow. There was little middle ground.
