It's clear that they genuinely care about our people and professional growth. What truly sets Lulu apart is the people. I find that our teams are some of the most talented, smart, passionate, and kind individuals I’ve ever worked with. There's a strong sense of teamwork and mutual respect that makes every interaction feel like a shared success. The work-life balance is excellent, and the benefits package is competitive, with thoughtful perks that go beyond the standard offerings. No cons really. Lulu does their best to provide equitable salaries, great benefits, and a professional work environment. The only thing I can think of is that generally speaking, we are a lean company. Bring your "A game" as we are a small but mighty and Lulu really likes to see your best efforts as far as performance goes.
