Lack of customers, commission pay plan (carrot on stick with low pay out but high promises and no commissions from web orders/inside sales), POS system, lack of stock, lack of marketing, massive pay gap between managers and employees, communication, PTO policies such as unpaid maternity or paternity leave, Constant sales with 100+ hand cut tags, low monthly office supply funds.

The Worst POS system I have ever used. and terrible system infrastructure. Minimum wage hourly rate with a 1.5% bonus in a slow business market you'll be lucky to pay rent every month. Terrible company wide communication
