      Good company when was qwest

      Svantaggi

      Closed call center that was top in sales and lowest cost per center to run. Gave management the shaft on seperation package without notice went from 1month per year of service to 1get week. Centurylink bought qwest who treated employees well to a company that does not live up to core values. Cloaed center solely because heavy union in center.

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
