      Good benefits, fair salary. Like the other employees.

      Treated like a kindergartener. Very micromanaging. Managers constantly reminding you that you don't matter, that they don't trust you, etc. Forces most employees to make Saturday a 'standard' workday that you could be scheduled to work, but won't pay OT nor let you take vacation time. How is that a 'standard' workday?

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
