      Sexism and racism is common and defended to the end. Failing male, white christian reps will be handed your account deals and sales to protect them from dismissal even when they don't have relationships with the clients. They also "lost" my commissions for a year and my boss put sales into his own line by "accident" but some how could not fix it.

      We have no tolerance for sexism, racism, nepotism etc. in the workplace, and take those allegations seriously. We have several avenues for employees to raise concerns and have a zero-retaliation policy. We are sorry to learn that your experience did not align with our standards and expectations

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
