      The only reason why Lumen scores increased is because they terminate anyone who doesn't respond in positive fashion to their bogus employee engagement surveys. HR leadership is dishonest and lack integrity

It is important to us that employees feel free to answer the EEI survey honestly, we do not share individual employee responses with their managers, or even broadly within the HR function. Responses are shared in an anonymous, aggregated fashion.
