      Layoffs are common. Strategy changes occur before the sale cycle can complete. It’s very disorganized and impossible to execute anything with true outputs that drive sales pipeline.

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
