Incredible growth. It takes a team like this to see the jump in growth. I've been with the company for over three years and have the utmost respect for CEO and Management. They are top notch in my book. An excellent place to grow and acquire knowledge and new skillsets. Our team has a great work ethic, we are very much balanced with work and home life.

I see none from this company. It is easy to be a hard worker and receive great rewards in this company. I do not have any complaints and am happy where I am.

Open, positive culture (it really is): goals are assigned to you at the beginning of the half mostly basis your strength areas. Opportunity to work with one of the industry leaders in US Market/Industry (Big Direct clients) Not a 'hire and fire' company. They really care about their employees. Lavish, almost extravagant benefits: Parties/Team Dinner/L&D Activities. I will give credit to Lumen Solutions that when I started last year, I was very impressed with how organized and efficient they seemed. Everyone did their job, everyone worked hard, and everyone deserved to be there. Inspiring ambition from the founders/CEO. People of the highest caliber genuinely attempting to do their best. Accommodating and collaborative environment. Largely a happy place! Good organization to work with healthy environment. Helpful leads. Good hierarchy.
