OMG!! Too many things to put on but dont know from where to start. There is no proper management. New employees dont know what exact their profile is. No proper training is provided. Manager and MD only busy in chitchating. No proper response from HR team if you are facing any issues. They will say will get back to you but they will never give you solutions. No matter even if do 'n' number of follow-ups. Best joke of this company is English communication and email etiguette especially of MD and HR team. No office picnic, No fun in organisation, no proper following of policies. Policies are only on papers but never implemented. TOO MUCH POLITICS. There are many things to add-on but no use of it because they will never improve their standard. All good reviews are either posted by forcefully, threatening to employees about their job or those who are very close to management.
