Okay this list is too long so I'll break it down in points
1. Totally out of place and unqualified top management , none of them have any experience or knowledge or skills to be in the positions they are . Especially the department heads. Never seen anyone so unqualified to do a particular job.
I doubt all the of the senior management would get similar positions anywhere outside of lumium .
2. No professionalism , it's runs like a small scale family Charity business and not like an international design agency . But then again what can I say the owners have put too much blind Faith in people who don't know what they are doing.
3. The leadership which has zero involvement in the team and it's processes and are only present over call or once a month in person , talks big , comes out guns blazing , the team is bad , the team is negative but will never say okay I messed things up , my fault. First sign of a bad leader. Leader always protects his team rather than play the blame game .
Extremely toxic work environment
Full of politics
Maybe they can give BJP a run for their money , wrong profession lumium .
