      Though mistakes are said to be expected there is a high pressure on performing, both professionally and socially. That usually creates a paradox, where it is hard to live up to the two expectations. The organizational structure prohibits some board members from being able to do their work as well as expected. The working hours are extreme.

      Great experience alongside studying and great people. The student union offers good opportunities to practice valuable working skills such as being part of a team, leadership, organisation and financial planning, all in an environment where creativity is encouraged.

      Sometimes a bit political and it takes time away from your studies. In any committee, you have to be a very social person and if you are not up for it is easy to be left out.
