Only good thing is about the location. Location is good very close to airport and has some nice views of the ocean. Covered parking lot in basement.Do not expect personal growth intellectually or otherwise. Spend time to look for another job rather than working here.

Company wants you to work 12 hours a day minimum without any overtime/compensation days. You don't have your personal life here. If you don't work 60-70 hours a week, you won't get bonus. Salary is very low as compared to market rate around 60K. Don't expect much from them.

You are expected to work day and night non stop to complete your projects on time. Poor training for staff; they expect you to know your job on day 1 Super competitive environment; bad atmosphere; no team work No career advancement They hire people who know so and so; such as manager's husband or wife; staff's cousin etc. No Appreciation for hardworking staff
