      i am very proud of the quality of work that we do, and of how far we have come in the advertising world in the 12 years that i have been there. it is a very congenial group and I am proud of how well we come together as a team to do the amount of work that we do. There has only been one round of layoffs in company history and that was two years ago.

      As one of the "older crowd," i have been in the business a long time and know what i am doing. There is a dearth of training for the younger ones, and most of them are bewildered and either catch on or leave to go elsewhere. "Sink or swim,"if you will. We are also woefully understaffed and always will be. Being tired is a constant state of affairs.

      Steve Luquire is an excellent leader and treats his employees like family. It's a very stable environment for an advertising agency. The staff is fun and really talented.

      Every successful agency requires a significant amount of dedication. After hours work is expected. Client-base is more B2B than B2C, which may be seen as a negative to some people.

      Pay and holiday bonuses were great

      Project managers, web developers and service workers didn't seem to know the technology or systems they were managing or performing. It became a very stressful and chaotic work environment with unnecessary meetings. Every two weeks at least 1 to 2 people were announced to be leaving the company. Their diversity program was a joke because they didn't treat those minorities with respect. With so many people leaving every two weeks, and the frustration with management, I saw the writing on the wall and left after just 4 months.
