Not that great, Dishonest leadership - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Lutron Electronics

The people in production are very good at there jobs and hold all the knowledge. Management always assumes they know better but are more often wrong than right in their decision making. This applies all the way up to the president of the company, who is also dishonest. Lutron is NOT an essential company. I would recommend this company only for a few years at most.
