      Client facing and multicultural environment, great offices, number of benefits (insurance for employees and family members, car leasing, tons of trainings, yummi days), internal mobility

      There is no strong career advisers/HR partners (it is not about people, but about power they have) - if you want to grow it is up to manager to promote you or not. Another related thing - not clear what should mate do to get promotion (to be good and professional - is too abstract). If it is improved - Luxoft may be the best company ever.

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
