      Vantaggi

      A big company with a lot of various projects and an ability to change them if needed. Stability from the salary point of view.

      Svantaggi

      Outsourcing projects and big customers cause disbalance in workload. Some projects are heavily overloaded, which adds a lot of stress to the working process. Another projects (even in the same account) can contain twice more people then it's needed, which causes a lot of unhealthy tendencies in the teams.

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
