1.Hire and Fire Culture. 2. Resource Managers are worst. Hiring Manager have requirement but resource manager and recruiters doesn't bother to listen to new recruits to fit them as per their skill set or priorities. 3. HRs are always on Sick leaves. Like Saturday and Sunday is weekend. Monday definitely a group of HRs will be on Sick leave. This has been the observation of many employees. 4.IM platform is boasted of having great capabilities to map the recruits into desired projects but the fact is the resource manager and recruiters are very rude. They say Employee flexibility is their priority but it's only on paper and in reality things are quite different. 5. Most of the Java developers were hired but there are no suitable projects at all. Most of them got fired after notice. 6.Hire on certain facts but fire with our bothering about Employee priorities. 7. Kindly don't go with the reviews on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox, the reality is completely different that what is posted on these portals.
