      Nice people, great possibility to learn something new (company has a lot of internal training, buy tickets for external conferences and provides 6 paid days for training), big experience in banking domain.

      Everything depends on project and manager. Another project - another rules. You can find great new codebase and team of easy adopters or you can join project that has 15 years old codebase, where is 15 "if" statements in one method and you have to add one more ;)

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
