      Depending on your manager, you may have a great experience or not so much.

      Although your hired as a fulltime employee, if you are in the United States, the client pool is very small and the contracts with the clients are short. So at the end of the day, it feels like your more of a contractor than a fulltime employee, because every few months your not sure if you will have a job or not.

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
