      Good for foreigners - work permit, relocation package for family, legal assistance.

      Svantaggi

      Once you hired, you not so valuable for the company. In case of conflicts with the client, company doesn't protect employee. Internal mobility options are limited, and once you didn't find a new job in a month, you'll get fired. Also , HRs are not very supportive and may ignore emails. Yearly salary growth is very slow. The situation when new employees hired for higher salary than existing ones, is very common.

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
