      Great projects in a wide range of global locations. Potential for career growth is excellent for those that are willing to grab the opportunities available. The company has worked hard over the past couple of years to ensure a consistent and transparent management of staff. Management are very approachable.

      Very reliant on client projects to provide opportunities for staff. Sometimes this causes frustration for staff looking for the next step in the career ladder.

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
