(I only got positive reviews from my client) and they also highlight our areas of improvement to help us grow and improve technical and inter-personal skills. Moreover, when you are out of project, They give you 5 months or so to secure a new opportunity (45-60 days in bench + 3 months of notice). The only problem is lack of internal opportunities, If there were any I would still be with Luxoft. My guess is Since the DXC merger is going to be complete the internal opportunities will increase.
