You get a lot of ownership in your role - you’re expected to think independently and contribute insights that actually influence decisions. There’s strong cross-functional collaboration, so you’re not siloed, and you get good visibility into how the business operates end-to-end. The work is varied (product strategy, analytics, messaging, trade shows, etc.), which keeps things from getting repetitive. It’s a fast-paced environment, but that also means you learn quickly and can make a noticeable impact. Being on a smaller team also helps - your work is visible and tied directly to results.
