Great holiday policy, great colleagues. You can speak your mind and people will listen. Good collaboration within and across teams. Management is generally approachable.

Management recently introduced some top-down changes that weren't well received, including a RTO policy in Belgium, which nobody understands as most of your team is remote anyway.
