As a newly established company in Toronto, it failed to assimilate the Canadian hires with Key staff who came from Australia. There was always us vs. them. The Australian attitude people showed to be quite different from the Canadian one. Initially set to compete against the big EPCM companies in Toronto, the company has not been set up to be a strong contender.
