Lots of gaslighting and DARVO has created a toxic culture Lots of people are doing almost nothing. There’s a low hiring bar for most roles and there’s virtually no performance management. As long as you always agree with your leadership chain, you can coast. Means that certain individuals and teams are carrying significant and disproportionate workloads though New CEO needs to clean house and fix a broken product. Just stating that we are customer obsessed all the time is meaningless and untrue
