      The pros are that the corporate does care about you. They give you a lot of training and make sure you are all set and ready as a leasing admin.

      Working at Lyon it does have its cons such as the residents. Sometimes the work gets overload and you don't get paid for lease renewals like other companies do. The lease renewals can be a lot of work and take a lot of time.

      The people you work with are really nice and are extremely helpful in getting you started and on your feet. The humor within the company is amazing.

      If you're a floater its not the greatest position especially if they send you to the Redondo beach location its overwhelming and the manager doesn't help much and you're overloaded with work that needs to be a 4 people kind of job. They are relying too much on AI to do the work of humans but AI does no work. More human help is needed. Shortcuts like AI aren't always the answer.
