Team members. I have the best team in the company, but funny enough, all of us tend to say this. It is because, we hire smart, fun and hard working people. We create a family with them and the culture promotes this, so we all become close and work for the common goal which is providing a close and fun environment both within the company and on our properties with our residents. Our CEO and Upper Management are very involved, they are extremely approachable and we are all encouraged to voice our opinions.
