They do respect safety. Never felt in danger by an active company choice. Failure to repair things is another issue.
Svantaggi
They don't follow their own jargon. Find small = Run til Failure. Lack of basic maintenance supplies (i.e. autolubers, grease, pallet jacks...). Way more bosses than workers. Very top heavy on management. A lot of buddy positions that don't really perform any beneficial role.
