The team was diverse and highly capable and I found the tasks challenging but never too overwhelming. The work I was doing was meaningful and I could actually see the impact of my efforts on the bottom-line. The leadership is strong and emphasizes a respectful culture of collaboration. The pay and benefits are good and I had a great experience here learning about various aspects of the industry.

So far, everything is good here.

Employees are passionate but this company is a disaster.

First of all, management has zero experience and is embarrassingly apathetic to the concerns of their team. They display themselves as kind and honest but are unhelpful, and dishonest, do not listen to our concerns, and lack integrity. There is no true vision for this company. My advice: DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR OFFER.
