The people are fantastic. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to doing a good job. The projects are challenging and varied enough to keep them interesting. Travel possibilities exist once a certain level of experience is reached. The connection to the construction arm (TFS) gives engineers a great opportunity for feedback on actual construction of design projects. Excellent safety record.

Project and client management has severely reduced efficiency. Executive decisions are made on projects without consulting project teams, leaving engineering solutions limited by political decisions. Management has put employees through "collaborative" training, but rarely follows the same values. Travel can be excessive, and remote work is still in very limited use. Engineers are treated much better than designers and drafters. Limited ability to advance through the company. Employee retention is staggeringly low, most of the talent has left.
