Super friendly, diverse staff in Nashua, which is a shared corporate location with sister company Microdesk. There is a good mix of company events and cool benefits. There is a great work/life balance, as management understands the need to put family first and take vacations. Unlimited growth potential - the harder you work, the more you will make. Overall it's a team-oriented, professional, and fun culture!

Prior middle management brought team down and caused internal conflict. Upper management is focused on rebuilding a strong, positive team.

Non-management employees are all aware of the lack of culture within & empathize with those affected.

Psychologically, you will be enticed into believing you matter to the owners of the company. (This is accurate for the 1st 6 weeks or so.) However, you will be pawned off onto the Manager of the company. This person has never seen sales & has no knowledge/experience with the products, and therefore cannot manage the sales team (whom he refers to as "you" or "you guys".) In summary, nothing additional is offered other than an abusive Monday a.m. meeting as insight(whilst manager issues veiled threats.) Monetarily, pay close attention to your contract as they will attempt to not pay you for the work done and may even attempt to give your commission to others more "worthy" in their eyes.
