Friendly employee environment but not working friendly - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso M2SYS

Such a great company I have ever experienced in my life. The environment is so friendly, culture is so open and a great opportunity for learning. Management is fair and open, in short, the best place for work.

Haven't recognized any till now.

- Above average compensation. - Good learning curve, working with latest technologies. - Co workers are friendly. - On time salary, bonuses and salary review. - Handsome increment if you can prove your worth. - Provide lunch and snacks.

- No work life balance. - No job security, they can fire you anytime if they feel they don't need you. - Old school management, full of family members. They don't care employee's wellbeing. - No other benefits like provident fund, insurance, transportation etc beside salary and festival bonuses. - Only 14 days yearly leave, also not provide all govt holidays. - No yearly tour, no team hangout, no cultural fest celebration, no refreshment activities. - Some team leads are not capable to run a team, you might not get proper exposer to prove yourself. - They will always monitor your work using software. - They put CC camera even in dinning room.
