Not much room for moving up. Pay is low relative to other options.

A stable company with a long term history. Nice people. I would give it 2.5 stars out of 5 in most categories if given the functionality option.

There is no creative vision and account people have the final say on creative. Its previous owner was a dictator and that management legacy is hard to shake. It is a hierarchy/authoritarian culture.
