Corporate does not care about employees, they are greedy, raise employee rent while not increasing pay to match the rates they raise your rent to, regional managers have a "mean girl" mentality and are fake. Management is lazy and lets leasing agents take downfall for everything. Pay does not make up for the problems you deal with. We are open 7 days a week and are expected to work long hours/holidays. The have a vaccine propaganda and want employees vaccinated, they bribe you with incentives to get the shot
