Great Accounting Job - Recensione dipendente - General Ledger Accountant presso MAA

The job was gratifying and educational. Forget everything you know about GAAP; MAA has its own! I learned a great deal while working at MAA and got to work with a genuinely fantastic, honest, and ethical leadership team. The COO did so well that he could retire at 53 years old. MAA has its own plane, allowing them to tour the country. Unfortunately, I was never invited on the plane ☹ They offer a generous employee discount , 20% on apartment homes, and I was able to have my adopted dog with me because they have no breed restrictions in their communities! The corporate headquarters is lovely and was built a couple of years ago. There is a team atmosphere at the company; they enjoy taking risks if there is a profitable reward. I have never had a job where I have learned so many accounting techniques! Thank you, MAA!
