Great company, great team, great leadership, great product.

We were acquired which is still a good thing.

— The C-level technical team local to Bellevue has spectacular talent and ideas. Working with them can be a great learning opportunity, as well as a chance to shine yourself. — Leadership is willing and able to do what is necessary. They don't subscribe to the sunk cost fallacy and will get rid of things that do not work. They listen to constructive advice and solutions. — Some employees at all levels sincerely believe in the company and are dedicated to making it succeed. — Customers and investors want MAANA to succeed. — Compensation works out well, and the company pays health insurance premiums for dependents. — Flexible office hours.

— As can be seen in recent reviews, employee morale and retention have been trending downward recently. I left too, but I truly think it can recover and be a good place for many. (All the negative reviews are why I'm writing this.) — Miscommunications were frequent and allowed problems to grow. — Some parts of the company and leadership are not local or transparent. — Leadership does not always realize how what they say will be interpreted or received. — Cohesive company vision and strategy was not clear to all. — Unlimited PTO is a difficult concept for many.
