Great coworkers and manager, learn and experience a lot, make an actual impact with decisions and work.

Can be hard work and varying hours as deals with international companies. Structure and processes may be changing

Coworkers were great, Manager was friendly and cared about the team and the work. Internal team culture was good.

Lots of work expected with less compensation. Lower than market rate and had to negotiate very hard to get more than a 1k pay increase per year. Overall work culture was dull and not vibrant at all, Clock in and clock out, HR felt distant and almost non-existent in terms of employee relations. Management was old school and put a lot of pressure on managers to align with their outdated ways. No career progression within the role for young ambitious graduates, Average age of the office was 50+
